Beato Handling Systems offers Battery Operated Stacker, BPS/15. It is a high quality industrial stacker built for intensive and multi shift operations. Specifications: basic capacity available - 500kgs, 1000kgs, 1500kgs; lift height - 1200mm to 6000mm. Features: drive system: imported drive motor and transmission - on integrated unit, closed oil bath gearbox, bevelled grinded gears, mounted on spring suspension for better and constant road grip; speed control: stepless speed control by programmable imported electronic speed control is a standard feature on both the models. The travel speed can be programmed (up to 7.0 km/h) according to the customer requirement and operator?s efficiency, battery: 24v, 206 ah/5hrs. Rating resting on nylon rollers for easy and quick battery shifting; Hydraulic system: 2kw pump motor, solenoid operated lift and lowering valve, adjustable relief valve with ISI marked wire braid reinforced hoses; brake: electromagnetic motor brake acting on drive motor, applied as parking brake. Wheels: drive wheel: dia 230 x 85 mm; castor wheels: dia 150x50 mm; load wheels: dia 82x70 mm. Optional instruments: hour meter, battery indicator, key switch, horn fork length & width can be designed as per customers requirement. Available is standard, stainless steel, galvanised versions with or without braking facility.
