Automobile assembly lifts (MBI)

Usha Hydraulics offers automobile assembly lifts (MBI). The automobile assembly lines and painting lines often require the scissors lift for transferring the vehicle bodies or components from one level to the other. The movements have to be rapid and synchronised with the assembly line operation. To meet high degree of reliability a special construction is used, incorporating maintenance-free bushes and compact leak-free hydraulic power packs. The company has facilities to use computerised design technique to match the space and operational constraints. For other special features for attaching to the conveyor line or interlocking with entry and exit gates at different operating levels, PLC based controls are used and the required hand or foot-operated switches are located for convenient and safe operations. Such equipments are equally important for assembly lines of other equipment/appliances.
