Air balance arm

This offers a fine balance between effectiveness and convenience. The air balance arm is pneumatically operated hoist/balancer that can lift and float simultaneously. In the no load condition the tackle to hold the job is balanced and can be moved up and down without any effort. After engaging the job the pneumatic supply is switch on and the system goes into the balancing/floating mode then a single operator can guide the job up and down and load it effortlessly. Designed indigenously at Jaycee Engineers, it can mounted on a single post with a 360? rotational freedom and can cover an area of 4.5 metre dia. It can be handled effortlessly with utmost safety thereby improving the productivity and profits. Application areas are: a) for lifting and assembling from a trolley to assembly line, like a crankshaft into the crankcase; and b) to load heavy components on to the CNC machines. The capacity ranges from 5 to 80 kg, lift and float from 500 to 1100 mm. Various options are available like the arm can be fitted on a rotating column, a fixed column, fixed to the ceiling or fixed on a overhead trolley.
