Both these products are essential for automation and various other machineries like conveyors, special purpose machines (SPMs), textile winders, automatic paper folding machines, etc. “TUFF” timing pulleys are available ex stock in standard pitches like MXL, XL L, HTD, and in 3, 5 and 8 mm HTD, T5, T10. While high compression and tensile strength of glass reinforced material gives strength equal to cast iron, inherent properties of plastics give advantages of corrosion free and abrasion resistance. Proven injection moulding process assures consistent dimensions like metallic pulleys. These pulleys are available ex-stock or on demand with or without metallic inserts. For the customers convenience they are having pilot bore that can be increased as per requirement. The modular planetary gearbox suitable for FHP drives is compact, light weight, lubrication free with high efficiency and low noise level. It is available in 3 three basic models with output torque 5 kg.cm, 20 kg.cm and 50 kg.cm. The modular construction of 20 kg cm and 50 kg.cm torque gearboxes has 3 basic ratios that give the liberty to combine those to have a multiple ratio for achieving the desired RPM. The unique design allows co-axial input/output and vertical/horizontal mounting. Main applications are in SPMs, indexing, automation, window displays, oil skimmers, etc.
