Cleanair Equipment And Systems offers Cleanair Vacuum Pressure Unloader that uses vacuum to unload dry bulk material from any bulk storage container or from sack tipping point. After unloading, the unloader converts to the positive pressure mode to convey the batch of material to a receiving bin or silo. Vacuum source could be either a turbine blower or a positive displacement blower depending upon the distances to be covered and rate of conveying. The unloader is available as a portable unit for applications with several unloading stations and/or multiple discharge points or as a stationary unit for single point feeding and discharging. It serves both the purpose of unloading and conveying. The pressure pot capacity and materials of construction are selected based on customers’ requirements. It has high efficiency pleated cartridge filters cleaned by compressed air and a control module for automatic operation .The equipment is very versatile to transfer and reclaim wide range of materials including the abrasives such as sand.
