In a very short period, the company has made a mark as a quality manufacturer of conveyor and power transmission chains to power projects, chemical, fertilizer, cement, steel, railway, automation industries, etc. The company offers a range of Steel Fabricated Chains. Basic construction: link plate – fabricated from steel flats, pitch holes are accurately sized to assure tight fits with pin and bush, pitch is closely controlled in precision die sets, flats in pitch holes prevent rotation of pin and bushes; pin, bush and roller – pins have three functional diameters to simplify assembly and disassembly, the diameter under the pin head is slightly larger than the main body of the pin. This permits the pin to slip easily through one hole, eliminates the need to drive the pin through entire length of its body, pin, bush and rollers are made of tough and durable steel, pin and bush wear surfaces are proportioned to achieve even load distribution and long operating life, rollers and bushes are hardened to resist shock load and superior wear resistance, and rollers are processed to withstand sprocket tooth impact.
