Screw Conveyors

Screw Conveyors are used as a variable rate feeder, in those industrial control applications where applications require the delivery of measured rate or quantity of material into a process. Screw conveyors have greater pitch spacing, which results into a higher capacity without increasing rotation speed. Screw Conveyors can also be used for the flow of material in upward direction on an incline. It should be noted that angle of inclination is inversely proportional to the capacity of a unit. If there are no space constraints, use of Screw Conveyors is a very economical method of elevating and conveying.
