Omni Metalcraft Corp. has the ability to provide many custom roller options. Our ABEC-1 Precision Rollers are one of the most popular. In the right application ABEC rollers can increase your conveyor performance life and capabilities. Our ABEC rollers utilize bearings that are made from high quality steel, heat treated to uniform hardness and ground to a micro finish. Precision bearings have tighter tolerances than other bearings which makes them capable of higher speeds and higher load capacities.

The Omni AdvantageOmni's All Metal ABEC-1 Precision Bearings (available exclusively from Omni Metalcraft Corp.) are custom precision bearings that offer all the benefits of a polypropylene housed ABEC bearing along with added durability. These bearings do not require a crimp during roller assembly which makes them replaceable allowing more flexible roller replacement options. The heavy duty seals and shields on these bearings make them capable of operating in environments where other bearings typically fail. In addition to our custom precision bearings, Omni makes sure the roller is designed for your application. Our ABEC rollers are available in outside diameters ranging from 1 3/8" to 12" with the option to use mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum and special coated tubes. ABEC rollers are perfect for powered conveyor applications but can be used in gravity applications as well. We can supply grooves, sprockets, spring loaded or pin retained axles, and many other options for the desired application.
