Precision Link Conveyors

CDS Precision Link Conveyors provide the industry’s highest accuracy and repeatability for automated assembly and manufacturing machinery platforms. These provide high speed and maximum precision for linear indexing and transfer processes. Each link is manufactured from a rigid cast iron alloy and chemically nickel plated. CDS pallet links will not stretch and will provide corrosion free performance for many years. The modular body design is manufactured from steel and is also chemically nickel plated so its material characteristics are similar to the links, this is particularly important for holding the industry's most stringent accuracy and repeatability tolerances. The top and bottom roller cam followers ride on induction hardened and precision ground surface ways and the precision chordal compensation cams ensure the link is always under tension so users do not experience any backlash as the links move from station to station. Typical applications include: automated assembly machines for high volume production of medical devices, pharmaceutical pump and dispensing products, cosmetics, telecommunication components, electrical devices, automotive components, etc.
