Transline Air conveyor system allows handling empty new PET containers to connect various machines processing the empty container from blowing machine to filler. The design of the line usually provides to run at certain height which enables to reduce the space occupied on the floor. The bottles are conveyed through the neck with the aid of lateral guides. Incorporating a control panel it is possible to adjust the guides to perform proper & quick format changes. The bottles are pushed by an air system with the air generated by ventilation units equipped with air filtering system. The design of the conveyor exploits the air flow to move the product smoothly & noiselessly.
