Overhead Chain Conveyors

Overhead chain conveyors from Master Handlers Pvt Ltd have heavy forged steel links and steel bi-planer blocks all connected by high tensile steel rivets. These conveyors are constructed out of cold rolled steel using bi-planer design. The zinc plating gives the conveyor strength and protection against corrosion. They can withstand temperatures up to a maximum of 260 degree Celsius. These chains can pull weights of up to 550 kg. The pitch size is 76.2 mm with load links at 152.4 mm intervals and is 101.6 mm with load links at 203.2 mm intervals. Applications: sub-assembly transfer lines, finished good transfer lines, overhead storage lines, paint booths and powder coating process, sheet metal components transfer lines, and castings cooling lines in foundry.
