Karnataka Conveyors & Systems, manufacturer of a variety of steel belt conveyors, viz., hinged steel belt, slat type, chain type, etc., has developed Magnetic Belt Conveyors for handling ferrous scrap of any shape and size with or without coolant. Features: moving belt conveyors especially on upward inclinations; and stationary magnets beneath the stainless-steel deck supporting the moving belt attract and hold the ferrous chips or components while moving on the belt. These conveyors are most commonly used for handling ferrous chips or scrap and sheets and sheet-metal components. Conveying speeds depend upon the rate of chip/scrap generation or the rate of components produced. The conveyors are custom built after through application engineering study.
