Loading & Unloading Conveyors

Aravali Engineers, an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, is engaged in manufacturing material handling equipment since 1987. The company offers a range of Loading and Unloading Conveyors. Flexible roller conveyors are very versatile for use in loading and unloading of trucks or for providing a temporary conveying path anywhere in the plant. The conveyors can be transformed into profiles with any number of horizontal curves – even snake curves and 180-degree curves. They provide an excellent flowing path for unit handling – boxes, bags, cartons, etc. These conveyors can be extended to 3 times of the compacted length, making them easy to store and versatile to any conveying path. These units are inter-connectable which helps in achieving any length by combining units. Complete mobility of the units is ensured by the use of heavy-duty castors, which provide smooth movement even inside truck floors. The flow of material automatically tracks the centre line of the rollers, however, for added safety an option of a side rail is also available. The available versions for these conveyors are powered roller and gravity roller conveyors. A commonly used configuration includes flexible roller conveyors with inclined belt conveyor for ease of use inside trucks. Plenty of other options and configurations are available to suit any requirement and these conveyors can be custom made to suit any particular requirement. Other loading/unloading conveyors are skate wheel conveyors, telescopic belt conveyors and bulk grain loading conveyors.
