Dorner Manufacturing Corporation's newest conveyor platform for industrial applications, the 6200 Series, is engineered with Dorner's patented Wedge-Lok System to prevent conveyor end-drive and pulley damage. In harsh or frequently changing production environments, conveyors can be damaged by being moved from one application to another or dropped. The advantage Dorner's Wedge-Lok System affords customers is that it protects the conveyor's end from damage by locking the pulley end from moving during a sharp impact.
Features and benefits of the new 6200 Series with Wedge-Lok include:
1-inch diameter end-roller for small parts transfer. Rack and Pinion belt tensioning. V-guided belts for tracking. 1.5 inch conveyor height fits in tight spaces. No painted surfaces for long-term durability. Quick belt changes on all models. Flat belt and cleated belt end-drive models. Gas cylinder belt tension on Center Drive models
Performance specifications of the new 6200 Series with Wedge-Lok are: Belt widths between 1.75 and 18 inches. Any length between 2 and 18 feet. 80 pound load capacity. 255 feet per minute belt speed. The 6200 Series joins the AquaPruf line of sanitary conveyors, which debuted in November of 2003, as the newest platform of conveyors from Dorner Mfg. Corp.
