Free Flow Conveyors

Estovir Technologies is a specialised manufacturer and exporter of a range of wire stripping machines, soldering machine, wave soldering machine, cut and bend machines and other PCB assembly equipments, etc. The company also manufactures a range of conveyors for assembly operations. Free flow conveyors are used for on-line assembly and testing application. These consist of chain with plastic rollers to carry the products on suitable pallets, which can be stopped at assembly stations, where the assembly and/or testing operation is carried without stopping the conveyor. This ensures high productivity, as the operator has not to physically remove the job and can concentrate on the assembly work. Accessories: stoppers, pop-up units, lifters, cross transfers, corner transfers, instrument rack, instruction sheet and bin supports, current collectors, etc. Features: triple chain (triplex) design; ease of process integration by electrical power systems along the assembly line for soak and testing; flexibility in layout by use of modular design; and specially designed aluminium profile for track and ground supports. Application areas: assembly and testing lines for: television, audio, video, computers, white goods, etc.
