One single Flexi Roller substitutes 3 carrying rollers and frames. Flexi rollers are light, easy to assemble, self cleaning and resistant to shocks and abrasion. Flexi rollers resistant to acids, alkalies, salts and corrosive chemicals are much more than steel body rollers. The belt fully adheres to the Flexi Rollers and forms a regular trough with angle of 20° to 45° in relation to the distance of the rings supporting the attachment hooks. Construction of flexi roller is simple. It consists of flexible shaft coated with vulcanised synthetic rubber on to which a number of rubber rings are fitted. Ball bearings are keyed to the end of the flexible shaft suitably. Life lubricated and protected in specially designed hook housing.
