Feeder Conveyors

Unique Products offer Feeder Conveyors. These have built-in hopper for storage and auto feed of components. A specially designed flat type conveyor belt with heavy-duty roller chain and inclined carrier strips carry the components upwards and feed through a chute and cut out. The cylindrical jobs get oriented in the process and rollout through a chute. Any excess components will roll back to the hopper. Fixed or variable speed for belt is available. A sensing device senses as and when the chute is full and stops the motor. The complete cycle is programmed through a PLC. Counting of components in the process is also possible. Hoppers with different sizes and capacities with belt sizes 150 mm to 600 mm are available. The hopperised feeder conveyor finds application in bearings, automotive and many other engineering industries.
