It can handle eggs for coding with an integrated system for coding purpose. The systems are vibration free with special motors and imported belts. The company specialises in manufacturing belt, slat and roller conveyor besides vertical chutes for gently lowering empty containers from higher floors on to the filling/packing machines. In Type I slat conveyors, frames are constructed in mild steel and epoxy powder coated. Slats made from carbon steel and heat treated. These are suitable for abrasive applications, long life, low resistant chemicals and moderate working load. Slat chain guides are made form thermoplastic anti-friction, wear resistant self lubricating and noise absorbing material. In Type II, frames are constructed in stainless steel suitable for aggressive chemicals, acids, solvents and for use in food industry. Roller conveyors are available in two types: a) Idle Roller Conveyors - these convey items on a level or gravity pitched line. The pitch of the conveyor is adjusted so that no manual assistance is required for conveying; and b) Power Chain Driven Roller Conveyors - these conveyors are similar to idle roller conveyors except that the rollers of these conveyors have sprockets which are driven by chain with a compact drive unit.
