Conveyors

The different types of Conveyors available are: Belt Conveyors, Screw Conveyors, Roller Conveyors, Chain Driven Conveyors and Slat Conveyors. Belt systems are predominantly used for handling all types of packaging or loose products. Depending on the use, the belt finish can either be a grip surface for inclines, low friction or food quality; this is achieved using rubber, PVC or specified materials. The screw conveyors are basically used for bulk materials with variable properties depending on the application. They can be sealed against dust or moisture, jacketed to act as a dryer or cooler. The roller conveyors are mainly used to handle the unit materials like drums, boxes, trays, cartons, pallets, heavy components, etc. The chain conveyors consist of a single or multiple endless chains that travel along the entire conveying path. The slat conveyors convey unstable, irregular shaped objects and those with bottom surface problem.
