CONVEYORS

Richfield Automation offers Conveyors. It is used for small lengths for repetitive manual material movement. It is a lightweight conveyor. Its unit payload is 50 kg. It is available from 250 mm width to 600 mm width. Its rollers are made from 3 mm thick MS tubes having ball bearings at both ends. A single shaft through the rollers is supported at its ends in tee slots in the aluminium extrusions. The roller pitch is variable. Standard ball tables are offered to divert material, break the flow, turning the work-piece flow direction, joining many conveyor lines, etc. It is maintained in one level for smooth material flow.
