The X85 conveyor platform offers longest in class MTBF (mean time between failures) and lowest in class noise level. Preconfigured conveyor recipes and engineering tools makes engineering fast, accurate and easy. The conveyor platform is subject to several registered designs and patents. Its capacity and speed covers future demands. The line flexibility is enhanced by new standard functions, trouble free operation, and good work environment. Tight tolerances and smooth top surfaces give a gentle product handling. Combined with optimised guiding surfaces, it offers a long service life and low noise level. Long and trouble free service life is offered through optimised slide rail geometry and lowered contact pressure between chain and slide rail. Good chain guiding offers smooth running while slide rails, with in-built chain side protection, offer improved appearance and additional safety. Compact and safe distribution is offered by the wheel bends. Flat top surface offers easy transfer through the bend, even with larger products. A high safety level is achieved through protective covers and protection covers.
