Conveyor Belts

Urja Products offers Conveyor Belts. These conveyor belts are made from PTFE/Teflon coated fibreglass fabrics, have excellent superior properties. They are ideal replacement over conventional conveyor belts made from cotton, nylon, polyester, rubberised fabric, etc. PTFE/glass conveyor belts can easily operate at higher temperature (around 300°C and more). Belts up to 3200 mm width are available. These are open mesh conveyor belts, which allow hot air to pass from top as well as bottom. In order to pass the static charge at the time of rotation of the belts, semi conductive grade of conveyor belts which discharge static charge are available. Belts are side sealed to prevent mechanical damage during operation. Glass PTFE conveyor belts are flexible, possess high tensile strength, are heat resistant, smooth and can be easily cleaned. Being light in weight they reduce the load on driving motors and permit faster operating speeds. Being hygienic they are ideal to convey food and confectionery through drying breaking ovens.
