Continuous Bucket Conveyors, Nerak

Glentec Controls offers a range of Continuous Bucket Conveyors manufactured by NERAK Systems. The WB range of bucket conveyors are designed for high capacity conveying of loose bulk materials where only one discharge point is required. Each bucket is securely attached to adjacent buckets and located between two steel reinforced toothed rubber block chains by a connecting rod, which is retained with stainless steel clips. The assembly with no moving parts is capable of high conveying rates, up to 200 cbm/hr. Large capacity and quiet gentle handling enable NERAK bucket elevators to be used equally for delicate foodstuffs and coarse, abrasive materials; also available type PB pendulum bucket elevator for multi discharge applications. NERAK conveyors handle products ranging from building materials, metal powders, dried sewage sludge, detergents, chemicals, pharmaceutical and food products in production facilities, also boxes, bags, trays, pallets, appliances and odd shaped products in manufacturing, airports, packaging plants, postal sorting facilities and warehouse operations. All these conveyor systems can be supplied fabricated in carbon steel (wet painted or powder coated), stainless steel and other materials. The company also offers explosion protected, gas or vacuum tight units. Wash down conveyors equipped with clean in place (CIP) systems ranging from simple bucket wash to complete internal wash are available.
