Belt conveyor pulleys

Turbo Engineers (CBE) manufactures belt conveyor and bucket elevator pulleys. All pulleys are manufactured as per ISO, DIN, CEMA and JIS standards. These are manufactured in a single piece of rolled plates, continuously welded end discs with extra strength intermediate discs, as required. All pulleys are machined and carefully crowned to assure accuracy to maintain belt alignment as per the specifications. This ensures long life and efficient conveyor system. All pulley shafts are manufactured from EN series material pulleys are stress relieved and DP tested to ensure flawless. The range includes head pulleys, tail pulleys, snub pulleys, bend pulleys and wing pulleys, etc. Pulleys with rubber lagging are done with diamond chequered pattern, herring bore pattern, etc, to a shore hardness 55 to 62 "A" scale.
