The range includes three roll troughing idlers, return idlers (tube type), troughing training idlers, rubber disc type return idlers and impact troughing idlers. The transition idler reduces edge tension in belting during transition from troughing idlers to flat terminal pulley. It prevents belt damage at trough and edges. These idlers are available in trough angles of 5?, 10? and 15? or variable pitch idlers with angles adjustable in 2? increments from 2? to 20? The idlers are mounted on steel channel and fixed by single piece steel brackets. The bearings are sealed type, heavy duty, life greased for trouble free operation. The life and performance of rubber conveyor belt largely depends upon the right trough angle, the quality of troughing idlers and proper lubrication of the rollers of these idlers.
