Belt Conveyor

The Belt Conveyor is ideal for general goods transportation in applications, such as packing, testing, inspecting, recycling and various assembly line operations. Depending on the use, the belt finish can either be a grip surface for inclines, low friction or food quality; this is achieved using rubber, PVC or specified materials. The frame constructions are manufactured in various materials, e.g. mild steel, powder coated, zinc coated or stainless steel. Fixed or variable speeds are achieved via an externally mounted end drive unit, or motorised drum assembly. Roller beds are usually preferred because it requires low power, and the belt has a longer life. Slider beds are used for loads with small, regular bases, conveyor-loading areas, and next to operators such as assembly stations, because it does not have high-speed travelling and heavy load capacity. The types of product usually conveyed on belts are boxes in plastic or cardboard, beds, electrical components, coiled cable, waste paper, chemicals, motors, etc. Theis is available in various types of construction: packing table/assembly, troughed belt, inclined belt, cleated belt, magnetic belt, telescopic belt, totally enclosed system, enclosed "Z" type belt, wire mesh belt, etc. The types of belts that are offered are canvas, rubberised nylon fabric, PVC/PU fabric and FDA quality 3-4 ply M24 grade rubber.
