Belt scrapers using Rosta SE tensioners can cost a quarter of the price of some scrapers, and can be easily fabricated in any user’s workshop. The Rosta units provide positive tension on the belt over the life of the scraper blade, require little or no adjustment once installed, and provide highly effective cleaning. These are available in internal scraper and external scraper versions in widths ranging from 450 mm to 1200 mm. Stainless steel and heat resistant tensioners are also available.
