Assembly Line Conveyors

Master Handlers offers Assembly Line Conveyors. It comprises powered roller conveyor for stop and go movement; and power/ free roller conveyor, with rollers PV-coated, fully hardened, chrome plated, taper rollers. It is mainly provided for inter machine transfer of machined components. Two tier conveyor; pneumatic stopper for pallet sequencing; drive with reduction gear box and motor; emergency stop with indicator at both ends of conveyor; power saving mode, conveyor switches off automatically, when line is full and no job is transferred for certain time period; side guides of options as steel, UHM WPE; and variable speed incorporated with frequency inverter and systems defined with PLC control are the other important features. Capacity holds 10 tonne of engine assembly line. Power/ free chain conveyor is generally preferred for lightweight components transferred from one workstation to other. Special features are chain support of UHM WPE wear support; chain type with PU-coated roller; slider rail on towards operator side for entire length for conveying purpose; emergency off and control desk; shear pin coupling on secondary drive; and chain conveyor with aluminium extrusion as mast section. Other conveyors like slat/ belt conveyors are also available.
