Antistatic Belt Conveyors & Assembly Lines For Electronic Industry

Specialities Systems manufactures assembly lines for electronic industries with antistatic belt conveyors and antistatic work tables. The assembly line is custom-built to suit individual requirements. A belt conveyor transfers the assembly from one station to next. On both sides of the conveyor are workstations which have antistatic surface. The workstations are fitted with antistatic component bins, wrist strap, heel strap, ESD mats, etc. The PCB storage systems can also be provided as part of workstation. The workstation is sufficiently illuminated for strain-free assembly operation. The belt speed can be fine controlled to suit the assembly speed. These workstations are widely used for phone-computers, amplifiers, TV sets, modems and many other electronic assembly operations.
