S Type Conveyor

Premium Pulman Private Limited offers S Type Conveyor. The S Type Conveyor can only be installed in a single plane. The drive parts are mounted at top end of the conveyor. The twin chains travel inside the box on rails at the required speed. The carrier plates are welded perpendicular to chain, during horizontal movement of chain the carrier plate pushes the material horizontally along the conveyor carrying chain, when the chain travels vertically the carrier plates will carry the material upward. During the movement of chain at the bend the material will be pushed to end and carried upward.

The gap maintained between the edge of carrier plate & surface of body is around 2-3 mm. It is a complete enclosed system due to which no dusting is there and no noise occurs. This conveyor can have more than one inlet & outlet.
