Storage Tanks

Elasto Polymer Processors is a fully equipped and established company undertaking jobs for manufacturing various fibre reinforced plastic equipment. The storage tanks and vessels are made from the various combinations of PP/FRP, PVC/FRP, moulded, FRP moulded, FRVE moulded, PVDF/FRP, ECTFE/FRP and also from MS and stainless steel, in capacity from 1 kilo litre to 200 kilo litres. These tanks are made from the quality raw material using design code: 4994 for the design of the tank. Method of manufacturing for the tanks is hand-lay up method. Advantages of this method are low manufacturing cost, possibility of sand-witched construction using chopped strand mat and woven roving as per requirements. Over and above, it has an advantage that more thickness to the stress concentration zones like joints at shell and nozzle connections. The tanks are provided with the customers" choice of dimensions to suit their availability of the space. Lining of PP/PVC/FRB/FRVE/ECTFE in metal tanks is also provided as per requirements.
