HM-HDPE Containers

Blow Plast Industries offers a range of HM-HDPE (High Molecular High Density Polyethylene) Containers. Specifications range from 10-235 ltr; available in jerry can type, rocket type, square type, round type wide mouth and full open type and round type MM. To cater to the packing requirements of various industries, the company produces the widest and finest range of containers – 250 ml to 260 ltr. It has established an in-house quality control laboratory along with a R&D centre, manned by qualified and dedicated technical staff. Aiming at world standards, the imported raw for the product and even colouring agents and master batches are subjected to strict quality checks. Product attributes: manufactured in fully computerised MOOG controlled machines with 128 point Parison programme which gives flexibility in controlling watt thickness; use of best quality HM-HDPE prime virgin raw material ensures 5-7 times more service life compared to conventional HDPE containers; strong, rugged and rigid containers can withstand hot pouring of up to 50ºC; long shelf life of packed product ensured by use of UV stabilizer; and inert of practically all kinds of chemicals including solvents, highly corrosive solutions, acid concentrates, oxidizing agents, toxic chemicals, inflammable products, organic and inorganic chemicals, etc.
