FRP Storage Tank

The FRP (Fibre Reinforced Polymer) Storage Tank is high quality corrosion resistant storage tank for the process plants industries. This storage tank is manufactured, fabrication and moulded from the combinations of various types of resin, thermoplastic liners and glass fibre reinforced plastics (Dual Laminates) like PP/FRP, PVC/FRP, CPVC/FRP, PVDF/FRP, ECTFE/FRP, ETFE/FRP, FEP/FRP and PFA/FRP. This tank is offered in various types like vertical cylindrical, horizontal cylindrical, rectangular, round ends and flat ends. Tank has optimum hoop-to-axial ratio with longer service life unaffecting the cost of supply. Being much lighter and with high strength-to-weight ratio, tank transportation, handling and installation are easy and cheaper. This tank has better di-electric property and low thermal conductivity. The capacity of the storage tank is up to 200 KL and size ranging from 600mm to 6000mm in diameter and up to 15000mm in length. Higher capacity and over diamensional tanks and equipments is moulded and fabricated at site locations thus eliminating the transportation difficulties and risk of damages.
