Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (Fibc)

Scorpio Engineering offers FIBC (big bag systems). FIBC (flexible intermediate bulk container) is a filling and emptying equipment with state-of-the-art design specifications. The company can offer total solutions for FIBC (big bag, jumbo bag) handling from the suppliers end to the users premises. This would cover silos and dust free loading spouts at the supplier end feeding to automatic filling machines. The filled bags would be loaded through A-frame gantries to trucks, which would then transport the bags to the destination. Unloading equipment and storage and discharging equipment at the receiving end complete the total cycle and empty bags can be sent back to be refilled. Bag capacities are generally to 1 to 1.5 T depending on the bulk densities of the product.
