Acid Storage/Recirculation Tank

EPP storage tanks are manufactured by the contact moulding (hand lay up) method or by filament winding (on CNC machines) method. These are used for storing highly corrosive chemicals, acids and wastes. The storage tanks are in various shapes like square, round, rectangular, vertical and horizontal with flat, bottom or conical bottom. The capacity is up to 250 KI. These cylindrical tanks can be suitable either for horizontal or vertical installations. These tanks are designed based on the application, capacity and installation requirements. They can also be supplied in dual laminate with thermoplastic lining. EPP also manufactures FRP and dual laminated reaction vessels, Pressure Vessels and vacuum receivers for mixing, washing and filtration processes. Reaction Vessels will be offered with suitable lined agitator gearbox and electric motor. Pressure vessels and vacuum receivers can be designed to suit the operating pressure up to 10 kg/cm²and for full vacuum services.
