Chhabi Electricals undertakes Turnkey Jobs for project engineering design, manufacturing testing, supply, installation and commissioning of DC systems through engineering excellence. It has separate disciplines such as: project engineering, design engineering, system engineering, manufacturing engineering, and QC Engineering. Each department is structured in such a way to provide relevant engineering expert at ACC level of project management: (DC system consists of battery charger, DCDB, rectifier and other DC power supply). Product range: a comprehensive range covering all the needs of the market from 250 VA to 500 kW battery chargers. Two or 4 unit can be installed in parallel to enabling load of up to 1,000 kW to be supported. AC and DC distribution board drawout type and non-drawout type. Low-tension rectifier and distribution transformer up to 500 kVA. The company has developed micro-controller type annunciator and solid state relays such as under voltage, over voltage for AC/ DC, earth leakage, DC over load phase fail/ phase sequence reversal and timer for protection of charger at appropriate location; and servo controlled voltage stabiliser from 500 VA to 5 kVA for single phase and 500 VA to 500 kVA for three phase (balanced as well as unbalanced load.
