CNC Retrofitting

Accurate Machine Tools offers retrofitting of various kind of CNC machines like lathe machines, milling machines, vertical machining centres, horizontal machining centres, boring machines, etc, to new hi-tech CNC controlled machines. The company reconditions machines completely and grind and match perfectly the bearing surfaces and guideways by fixing Turcite-B for easy movements of slides where required. It repairs/replaces/manufactures required components, which also include pre-loading of existing ball screw or replace the same with new precision ball screws and its supporting units. Siemens, Fanuc or Fagor make single or multi axis CNC controllers, suitable to customers" requirements, are used. It also rebuilts complete electric/electronic panels and supply with world class quality components and devices, electric wiring diagrams and PLC programming data. The retrofitted machines are supplied in complete try-out condition with sample programming of any of customers" job. The company also undertakes the work of complete toolings, fixtures and work holding solutions to perform the job in lowest cycle time and supply the machine in ready to switch-on condition.
