Viton O-rings

AMI Polymer offers a wide range of Viton rubber O-rings from 2 mm ID to 600 mm ID from its 5000 single piece mould inventory. It also offers 2000 mm ID O-rings with its excellent workmanship in step moulding process. These come with accurately maintained dimension, invisible flashline, excellent finish, properly post - cured and absolute defect free. Highly fluorinated polymers are very stable and offer remarkable resistance to oxidative attack, flame, chemical, oil, solvent at elevated temperature. Important properties of Viton: temperature resistant up to 250?C; excellent oil - chemical, solvent resistant at elevated temperature (250?C); excellent compression set properties at 200-250?C; weather - ageing - radiation resistant; thermally stable and good mechanical properties.
