Teflon Bellow Seal

Indo Seals P Ltd offers Teflon Bellow Seal, ISPL 2404, which has balanced flexible virgin Teflon bellows and could be externally mounted. This external mounting design separates metal part from corrosive media and contact parts made up of Teflon and ceramic and metal parts of alloy20, hastalloy B & C, SS 316, etc. PTFE bellow, which is the heart of the seal, eliminates seal hang up and compensate shaft run out. The product has low pressure and is independent to direction of rotation. It withstands temperatures up to 450oC. It has speed up to 10000 RPM and works on product size range of 10 mm to 500 mm. It adheres to BS: 5257 and DIN: 24960 standards. It is used for extremely corrosive service like oxidising/reducing agents, solvents, salts, alkalies, nitric oxide, etc. It is also applicable in chemical plants, concentrated acid manufacturing, offshore drilling, etc. Indo Seals P Ltd is a part of N D Thakare Group, a professionally managed company in mechanical sealing technology application engineering, design, manufacturing and services.
