Supply of ‘O’ Rings

Imperial Jin Young Industries offers ‘O’ rings under joint venture collaboration from a leading manufacturer of ”O’ rings from Korea. The moulds, compounds and technology are provided by the Korean partner. The ‘O’ rings are made under strict quality control on machines imported from Korea. These ‘O’ rings are produced by double curing trimmed by liquid nitrogen process. The company has very wide range and can supply ‘O’ rings for sizes varying between 5 mm OD to 75 mm OD. Most of the ‘O’ rings can be supplied at short notice except in the case where new tooling is required. Present range of polymers under production include, Nitrile, Neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile PVC, silicone rubber, HNBR, ACM and others.
