Packings & Jointings Gaskets Pvt Ltd offers a range of Spiral Wound Gaskets that are manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.20 for use in all industrial flanges, including ASME/ANSI B16.5 and ASME B 16.47, Series A & B. Spiral wound gaskets consist of a spiral wound sealing element, with solid metal inner and outer ring. The spiral wound sealing element consists of winding material and a filler material. Winding materials: SS304, SS304L, SS316L, SS321, SS347, SS410, monel, nickel, inconel, titanium and hastelloy. Filler materials: asbestos, graphite, non asbestos material and PTFE. Inner and outer ring materials: carbon steel, SS304, SS316, SS321, SS347, SS410, monel, inconel, titanium and hastelloy. They are four types of spiral wound gaskets – gaskets with spiral wound element only (SW); gaskets with spiral wound element and outer ring (SWO); gaskets with spiral wound element and inner ring (SWI); and gaskets with spiral wound element outer and inner ring (SWOI). The company was incorporated in 1999 to manufacture metal gaskets, valve components and CNC machined components. It has a well-equipped plant, with CNC machines and SPMs (special purpose machines), to supply these components as per customer drawings and specifications. Users include various oil and gas companies, petrochemical complexes, chemical units, fertilizer plants, thermal/nuclear power plants, engineering and procurement consultants, valve and wellhead equipment, and heat exchanger manufacturers in India and countries throughout the world.
