Dataseal India offers Silicone Sponge Seals and Gaskets having good thermal and low pressure UV stable sealing properties. This is an excellent medium where low weight is a factor. The ability to fill uneven gaps around door frames is also a leading attribute of this product. Available in low, medium and high density sheets or extruded tubes and profiles, prototype complex gaskets can be cut using customers own designs. Silicone sponge extruded tubes sizes range from ID =3 mm to over 50 mm ID and in wall thickness = 3 mm to10 mm in various lengths and colours. Silicone sponge gaskets sections (cross section area A x B mm ), where A & B = 3 mm to over 100 mm in any desired combinations subject to various lengths and colours. The company also offers silicone, viton, PTFE, Teflon tubings and O-rings, gaskets, seals, diaphragms, v-rings, polyurethane seals, hydraulic seals, and pneumatic seals.
