PTFE Rings

Dataseal India offers PTFE Rings. These rings are suitable for multiple sealing applications in corrosive and high temperature environments (-400°F to +500°F). These include piston rings, compressor rings, hydraulic seal rings, o-rings, v-rings, ring bearings, and back up rings, lantern rings and seals. These are chemically inert to attack by most chemicals and acids except alkali metals and certain fluorinated materials at elevated temperatures. These can be supplied in virgin material or with a filler to enhance certain properties. In mechanical applications PTFE with filler often improves the wear resistance, initial deformation and reduces creep and often increases stiffness and thermal conductivity. These sealing components are produced to the highest industry standards.
