Polyurethane Chevron Packing Seal Kit

Novelty Impex is able to provide industry standard sealing solutions. The company has newly developed polyurethane chevron seal set comprising one pressure ring, two or more V-seals and one support ring. The pressure ring and V-seals are made up of polyurethane (PU) and support ring is of polyacetal (POM). This seal set is for robust operating conditions, predominantly the provision of spare parts for older plant. Chevron packing set can be used for both outside and inside sealing. The total width is determined by the number of V packings used (up to five). Non-adjustable installation grooves can be compensated by distance rings, if necessary. These seals are used in injection moulding machines, hydraulic presses, marine hydraulics, iron and steel industry, special cylinders, steel hydraulics engineering and scrap metal shears, etc. These will work up to 400 bar pressure (40 mpa). Available sizes are from 4 mm to 1000 mm. Polyurethane possesses the following properties: high mechanical strength; good wear resistance; good flexibility; operating temperature range ? 30?C to 80?C; and high load types up to more than +100?C.
