Piston Seals

CS is a robust compact double acting seal assembly designed specifically for one-piece pistons. It uses a nitrile-sealing element, which is wear resistant and capable of working more effectively in a wide variety of medium duty applications. The seal is also suitable for two-piece piston applications.
Material:
A) Seal Ring: NT5/a SUNRUB NT5/a is an Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) compound with a hardness of 75°/80° shore ‘A’.
B) Back Up Rings: Polyester based elastomer with additives.
C) Bearing Rings: Thermoplastic Polymer.
Max. Operating conditions :
Temp. : -30°C to +100°C (Upto +200°C on request)
Pressure : 400 BAR Speed : 0.5 mtr./sec.

Static : 1.6 µmRa
Dynamic : 0.4 µmRa
Compatibility :
Mineral oils, water soluble & water glycol fluids.
