Moulik Rubber Industries manufactures rubber to metal bonded products such as dowty seal, oil seal, vibration mounting, roller, shock, absorbers, etc. Oil seals manufactured are as under: A-type metal inserted, B-type metal clad or outside metal, C-type closed type or MOC type. These are made from viton, silicone, neoprene, nitrile and natural rubber with metals like mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and phosphor bronze with special bonding agent and metal treatment. The seals can withstand high temperatures up to 300ºC and resist heavy corrosive chemicals used in petrochemicals fertilizers, chlorination, cement and rayon plants.
