Fay Industries manufactures Mechanical Seals. It is suitable for corrosive and high temperature application in pumps, compressors, reactors, mixers and rotating equipment. This is pure natural graphite with no fillers or binders; withstands high temperature and all aggressive media such as highly concentrated acids and hot oils. Pure flexible graphite gland packings, gaskets and sealing rings can perform under extreme conditions of valve or pump, any size different applications. The products are mechanical seals, viz, multi-coil spring seal, single-coil spring seals, Teflon bellow and rubber bellow seals in various alloys and faces such as silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, ceramic, stellite, carbon, etc.
