Heat shrinkable components

Isotech India Pvt Ltd offers J-seal heat shrinkable components that allow quick on-site installation avoiding curing delays compared to compounds, resins and tapes. These components are pre-engineered for each kit, as per the cable sizes, which provides most effective solutions for repairing and terminating the cables. Comprehensive and easy to follow installation instructions with excellent visual display of installation steps are included in each kit. The components are checked for all electrical properties such as dielectric strength and volume resistance up to 50 kV and 1x1014 Megaohms, respectively. To check the ability of material against high temperature, heat shock test is conducted up to 250 degree Celsius for 30 minutes according to ESI-09-13. The components are subject to mechanical stresses in the field. It necessitates the material to be mechanically strong. Keeping this in view, the J-seal components are regularly checked for tensile and elongation properties (ISO-R-37) with cross reference of ESI-09-13.
