Champion GS 64T is Reinforced by a tanged (microperforated) 0.1mm thick stainless steel carrier of 1.4401(316) on expanded flexible graphite sheets selected from the high purity natural flake graphite. The sheets are compressed by a controlled calendering process along with an advanced chemical treatment and mechanical procedure or bonding of two flexible graphite sheets together with metal reinforcement . Champion GS 64 T Reinforced graphite material allows the material to achieve substantially higher dynamic loading giving it a high blow out resistance,improved tightness and mechanical strengthhenceprovides an excellent gasket material for high temperature, high pressure applications. Properties are highly anisotropic, particularly in respect to electrical and thermal conductivity
