Bhoomi Rubber Processor has extensive knowledge and experience in the design and manufacture of Rubber Gaskets. As name gasket it is required for sealing of doors, caps, flanges and many applications. Major gaskets are developed by moulding and extrusion process. The range includes bushes and metal bonding gaskets; metal inserted gaskets; and silicone triclover gaskets (TC gaskets). Since rubber cannot withstand excessive friction metal is required to bond with rubber. Even in many cases the metal is bonded for giving strength to the product. This increases the life of product and so the life of machinery. Tricolver gaskets are manufactured from food/medical grade 100% silicone rubber and conform to FDA21CFR 177 – 2600 and USP class VI requirements. The company’s testing laboratory is equipped with the latest testing equipment to check the overall performance and characteristics of manufactured rubber products. These products are tested on various parameters such as tensile strength, elongation and specific gravity.
